Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, CMA) is preferred.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
