Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Management:

Handle day-to-day accounting entries and ledger maintenance in Tally ERP
.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
Maintain records of journal entries, credit/debit notes, and petty cash transactions.

Taxation Compliance:

Prepare and file TDS returns
, ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS.
Handle
GST compliance
, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
Assist in reconciliation of GST input credit with GSTR-2A/2B.

ROC & Audit Support:

Provide support for ROC filings
and
company secretarial work
in coordination with consultants.
Assist in preparing audit schedules and liaise with external/internal auditors during statutory and tax audits.

Software Proficiency:

Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP
,
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), and
Google Sheets
.
Ability to manage reports, dashboards, and data-driven analysis for internal financial tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or equivalent.
Good understanding of accounting principles and Indian taxation (TDS/GST).
Working knowledge of
ROC compliance and audit processes
(preferred but not mandatory).
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Proficient in communication and documentation.
