Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Kolkata - On-site Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2-5 years Key Responsibilities: Accounts Management: Handle day-to-day accounting entries and ledger maintenance in Tally ERP . Manage accounts payable and receivable. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting. Maintain records of journal entries, credit/debit notes, and petty cash transactions. Taxation Compliance: Prepare and file TDS returns , ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS. Handle GST compliance , including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns. Assist in reconciliation of GST input credit with GSTR-2A/2B. ROC & Audit Support: Provide support for ROC filings and company secretarial work in coordination with consultants. Assist in preparing audit schedules and liaise with external/internal auditors during statutory and tax audits. Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP , MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), and Google Sheets . Ability to manage reports, dashboards, and data-driven analysis for internal financial tracking. Qualifications & Skills: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or equivalent. Good understanding of accounting principles and Indian taxation (TDS/GST). Working knowledge of ROC compliance and audit processes (preferred but not mandatory).
