We’re expanding our international team and hiring a full-time Account Executive + Customer Success Manager to support our Australian customer
In this dual role, you’ll manage the full customer journey — from sales demos and closing deals to onboarding and support. You’ll work directly with Australian clients, so fluency in Australian-style English (both spoken and written) is essential.
Speak with inbound and outbound leads from Australia
Conduct discovery calls and run live product demos
Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
Log all activity in our CRM
Prepare sales reports weekly and monthly
Onboard and train new customers after the sale
Support campaign setup, CRM integration, and platform navigation
Conduct 7/30/90-day check-ins to ensure success
Identify upsell opportunities (MMS, usage packs, subaccounts)
monthly reports on usage and churn.
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or customer success
Fluent in Australian English – both spoken and written
Strong presentation and follow-up skills
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, GHL, ActiveCampaign)
Comfortable working 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST
Bonus: Familiarity with SMS tools, Zapier, or API-based platforms
Confident communicator with global client experience
Self-starter who can own customer relationships end-to-end
Enjoys helping businesses grow with digital communication tools
Detail-oriented, proactive, and coachable
