We’re expanding our international team and hiring a full-time Account Executive + Customer Success Manager to support our Australian customer Role Overview In this dual role, you’ll manage the full customer journey — from sales demos and closing deals to onboarding and support. You’ll work directly with Australian clients, so fluency in Australian-style English (both spoken and written) is essential. Key Responsibilities Sales (Account Executive) Speak with inbound and outbound leads from Australia Conduct discovery calls and run live product demos Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals Log all activity in our CRM Prepare sales reports weekly and monthly Customer Success Onboard and train new customers after the sale Support campaign setup, CRM integration, and platform navigation Conduct 7/30/90-day check-ins to ensure success Identify upsell opportunities (MMS, usage packs, subaccounts) monthly reports on usage and churn. We are expanding our team in Ahmedabad and looking for a Lead Generation Specialist focused on the Australian B2B market . Role Overview In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential business leads in Australia. You will work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to build a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent growth in customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential B2B prospects across Australia in industries such as retail, Marketing Agencies, education, and technology. Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound methods. Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and readiness to adopt communication solutions. Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Sales team. Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting strategies and outreach messaging. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
