Job Description

Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of the company's revenue generation and client success functions. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting qualified leads, while working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored linguistic solutions. The primary goal is to meet and exceed a monthly revenue target of 20x your CTC by building strong client relationships and driving new business.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their specific linguistic requirements
  • Present tailored solutions across services such as translation, subtitling, voice-over, and data annotation
  • Prepare customized commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM, including logs, follow-ups, and proposal statuses
  • Coordinate with the internal project team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services
  • Track project progress, handle client escalations, and monitor client satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Follow up regularly for collections and ensure payment closures within a 60-day window
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and digital webinars when applicable
  • Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings

  • Deliver monthly individual sales revenue equal to 20x your CTC
  • Maintain a minimum lead conversion rate of 40% from qualified marketing leads
  • Ensure each project achieves a minimum profit margin of 50%
  • Deliver consistent and responsive client service to enhance retention
  • Achieve an average CSAT score of 8.5 or higher from managed accounts
  • Maintain 100% CRM update compliance with no missed client interactions

Required Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling abilities
  • Natural flair for sales interactions and client relationship building
  • High sense of accountability, precision, and responsiveness
  • Proficiency in using CRMs, Microsoft Office tools, LinkedIn, and email automation platforms
  • Ability to understand and clearly explain language services and related workflows
