Project Coordinator

Project Execution & Coordination

• Manage and execute day-to-day project activities to ensure timely deliveries
• Handle file engineering, vendor search, onboarding, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors
• Conduct quality checks at various project stages to maintain accuracy and standards

Team Supervision & Leadership

• Lead, manage, and supervise assigned team members to ensure efficient execution
• Monitor and guide the team to meet deadlines and deliverables

Problem Solving & Quality Assurance

• Identify and resolve issues during project execution
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality localization services consistently

Platform & Process Compliance

• Ensure proper and accurate usage of PMS (Project Management System) and FMS (Freelancer Management System) throughout project lifecycle
• Enforce adherence to internal processes and documentation standards

Client & Vendor Relations

• Support account managers during client escalation calls and provide backend support
• Build rapport with linguist vendors and address any concerns or operational issues
• Assist vendors with payment or grievance handling to ensure high satisfaction

Reporting & Documentation

• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for reporting managers
• Keep all project-related data updated and well-documented

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the localization industry or project management roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in vendor management and client coordination
• Familiarity with project management tools and localization platforms is preferred
