The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients, linguists, and internal teams, ensuring the smooth execution of localization and translation projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare project documentation Communicate expected deliverables Track progress and flag issues Support resource planning and allocation Identify risks and create mitigation plans Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field. 1 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the localization or language services industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of CAT tools and localization technologies (e.g., Trados, memoQ) is a plus. Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Project Execution & Coordination Manage and execute day-to-day project activities to ensure timely deliveries Handle file engineering, vendor search, onboarding, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors Conduct quality checks at various project stages to maintain accuracy and standards Team Supervision & Leadership Lead, manage, and supervise assigned team members to ensure efficient execution Monitor and guide the team to meet deadlines and deliverables Problem Solving & Quality Assurance Identify and resolve issues during project execution Ensure the delivery of high-quality localization services consistently Platform & Process Compliance Ensure proper and accurate usage of PMS (Project Management System) and FMS (Freelancer Management System) throughout project lifecycle Enforce adherence to internal processes and documentation standards Client & Vendor Relations Support account managers during client escalation calls and provide backend support Build rapport with linguist vendors and address any concerns or operational issues Assist vendors with payment or grievance handling to ensure high satisfaction Reporting & Documentation Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for reporting managers Keep all project-related data updated and well-documented Requirements: Proven experience in the localization industry or project management roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Experience in vendor management and client coordination Familiarity with project management tools and localization platforms is preferred
