The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in accounting, with specialized expertise in payroll management, PF, TDS, and ITR filing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive financial records, including ledger entries and financial statements.
  • Prepare and oversee payroll activities to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
  • Handle PF and TDS payments and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the company and employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments for accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Assist in budget preparation, financial reports, and forecasts.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll management, PF, TDS, and ITR filing.
  • Experience working with a CA firm is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Adaptability to changing technologies and accounting practices.
  • Experience in a small or medium-sized business is advantageous.

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Details:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Commerce.
  • Gender: Female only.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, reporting directly to upper management.
  • Software Experience: Experience in Zoho software.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
    • Understand client needs and negotiate costs and services.
    • Compile, analyze, and report financial data.
    • Create periodic reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
    • Maintain accurate financial records.
    • Perform audits and resolve discrepancies, compute taxes.
    • Experience with Tally, invoicing, GST, and ITR.
    • Knowledge of TDS filing and challan payment.
