Job Description:We are looking for a motivated Account Executive with strong knowledge of Tally ERP to join our dynamic finance and accounting team. Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, handle financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist in preparing financial reports to support business operations. Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle accounting operations including day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations using Tally ERP. Maintain accurate financial records of purchases, sales, and expenses. Process and record transactions such as sales, purchases, payments, and receipts. Prepare financial statements and reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports. Assist in GST filing, statutory compliance, and audit support as per Indian accounting standards. Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payment follow-ups and resolve accounting discrepancies. Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role. Mandatory proficiency in Tally ERP software. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST compliance, and financial regulations in India. Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
