Account Executive (Accounting)

The Accounts Executive (Warehouse In-Charge) will be responsible for managing warehouse accounts, stock handling, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Tally or Busy software, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, preparing quotations, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Documentation: Create and maintain all accounting entries in Tally / Busy software. Record and post journal entries, purchase entries, and sales invoices. Prepare quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups with clients/parties. Maintain and reconcile party ledgers, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. Coordinate with management for weekly and monthly financial reporting. Warehouse & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records in software and physical format. Conduct weekly stock closing and monthly stock audits. Monitor daily stock movements and ensure proper documentation of inward/outward entries. Ensure stock availability at all times — plan and place orders when inventory reaches reorder levels. Avoid stock shortages and maintain optimum inventory levels. Dispatch & Operations: Ensure timely dispatch of all customer orders as per schedule. Verify dispatch documents (bills, challans, invoices) before shipping. Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a record of dispatched and pending orders daily. Coordination & Reporting:Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and logistics departments for smooth workflow. Provide regular updates to management on stock positions and dispatch status. Maintain proper communication with clients for dispatch, payments, and other updates.
