We are looking for a Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to join our team at VWP Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for handling site execution and measurement activities for waterproofing projects across Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: • Take accurate measurements of completed waterproofing works at various project sites. • Supervise and coordinate site execution activities as per company and manufacturer standards. • Ensure proper implementation of waterproofing systems, surface preparation, and material usage. • Prepare daily site progress reports, material requirement lists, and labor deployment updates. • Coordinate with the project manager and clients to ensure timely project completion. • Inspect ongoing and completed works for quality assurance and adherence to specifications. • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain site discipline. Requirements: • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification. • Knowledge of waterproofing systems, coatings, membranes, and construction materials preferred. • Ability to take site measurements and prepare quantity sheets. • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to travel to different project sites across Bangalore. • Freshers with technical understanding and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
