Job Description

Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Supervise daily kitchen operations within the restaurant. •⁠ ⁠Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained. •⁠ ⁠Monitor inventory, stock control, and minimize wastage. •⁠ ⁠Maintain basic kitchen reports and data using MS Excel. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with kitchen and store staff for smooth operations. •⁠ ⁠Travel to different outlets and stay onsite as per company requirements. Working Hours: •⁠ ⁠10 hours/day, 6 days/week •⁠ ⁠During onsite visits, Travel & accommodation provided by the company. Requirements: •⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, averages, pivot tables, VLOOKUP). •⁠ Basic ⁠knowledge of food industry/QSR is an advantage. •⁠ ⁠Freshers are welcome but should have knowledge of MS Excel •⁠ ⁠Must be flexible to travel and stay at outlets for short or long durations.
