Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client's business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and professional services that meet client requirements.
  • Strong professional services selling background around AWS, GCP and Azure.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients.
  • Monitor and analyse account performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 12 – 15 years of experience in account management
  • Experience in selling Software services and Solutions to Indian banking customers (BFSI), banking industry is mandatory
  • Experience in offering multiple engagement models to the respective clients. Preference will be given to candidates experienced in managed services and staffing.
  • Solid exposure to application platforms and technologies used by a bank.
  • Proven track record of meeting, exceeding book of business, sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and engagement at a leadership level is a must. Customer references from banking industry would be an additional plus.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • General technical knowledge with software solutions that leverage API’s, low code applications, Analytics & Data, Artificial Intelligence, AI Use cases, and business process automation solutions.
