3-5 years of experience in inbound sales or lead qualification within a B2B environment.
Proven proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, and Salesloft (or similar platforms).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance metrics.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
