Account Client Relationship Associate - (Non-Voice)

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Client Relationship Associate to manage financial records, assist in accounting operations, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of Tally accounting software and GST (Goods and Services Tax) procedures. You will serve as the link between the accounting team and the client, ensuring both accuracy and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally Prepare and manage GST filings, invoices, and other statutory compliance reports Handle client queries related to billing, taxation, and account reconciliation Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure smooth financial transactions Assist in preparing and sharing financial reports, payment reminders, and statements Coordinate with internal finance teams to resolve discrepancies Ensure timely data entry and updating of client information Support audits and ensure documentation is in order Follow up with clients for pending payments and documentation Build long-term relationships with clients through professional service and regular engagement Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles Good understanding of client servicing and communication practices Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Preferred Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in accounting or client relationship roles Prior experience in a CA firm, accounting firm, or finance department Knowledge of accounting software integrations and basic reporting Work Schedule: Full-time Monday to Saturday Office-based role (client visits if required)
