1) Prepare and issue daily sales invoices accurately in the accounting or ERP system. 2) Maintain proper records of invoices, delivery challans, and related sale documentation. 3) Ensure that all invoices are supported with proper purchase orders, dispatch details, and approvals. 4) Handle credit note preparation in case of goods return, rate difference, or other approved adjustments. 5) Coordinate and follow up with buyers regarding any invoice-related queries, credit notes, or document discrepancies. 6) Maintain systematic filing and documentation for easy retrieval during audits or internal reviews. 7) Reconcile sales data with dispatch and accounts records periodically to ensure accuracy. 8) Assist the senior accountant in ledger reconciliation, data entry, and report generation as required. 9) Communicate effectively with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams to resolve discrepancies. 10) Support in month-end closing activities and maintain sales summary reports. Skills & Competencies: Skills & Competencies:Good knowledge of invoicing, credit notes, and sales documentation. Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST. Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, or any ERP/accounting software. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
