About the Company

We are hiring an Accessory Store Manager for our esteemed client in the Apparel and Fashion Export Industry.
The organization is a government-recognized “Star Export House” of India, engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of apparel, fashion accessories, and home goods. Its clientele includes some of the world’s leading global retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the accessory store operations, ensuring accurate stock management and smooth workflow.
• Maintain proper inventory levels by coordinating with production, merchandising, and procurement teams.
• Monitor inward and outward movement of materials and accessories with complete documentation.
• Implement and maintain effective storage systems for easy retrieval, traceability, and space optimization.
• Conduct periodic stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare inventory reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, quality protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely production processes.
• Supervise store staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), issuance slips, and maintain ERP/system updates.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and resolve any material-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or relevant qualification.
• 5–6 years of experience in accessory store management within the apparel/garment export industry.
• Strong knowledge of accessory items used in garment manufacturing (threads, trims, buttons, zippers, labels, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in inventory management systems/ERP.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead a team and handle fast-paced production requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
