Job Description

What You'll Do at Pega:

Collaborate with our UX design, Engineering and Support teams to ensure that our out-of-the-box solutions and authoring tools meet accessibility and compliance standards
Drive best practices through collaboration, training and documentation to optimize configuration and testing for accessibility across our platform and applications
Innovate and drive product enhancements and priorities based on client and audit results and feedback
Provide accessibility testing with various assistive technologies as required by our clients
Partner with our support team to assess and resolve client accessibility-related issues
Partner with our design and engineering teams to optimize our client experience when it comes to their goals around accessibility

What You've Accomplished:

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in testing websites to ensure conformance to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, AAA, Section 508.
3+ years of experience using screen readers daily, such as JAWS, NVDA or VoiceOver
IAAP, 508 Trusted Tester or other recognized certification
Deep understanding of accessibility standards i.e. WCAG, APG and ARIA
Good oral and written communication skills
