Bring your passion for developing innovative solutions to CrowdStrike. **What You'll Do** - Proficient in writing effective test cases and test steps, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of requirements and visual designs using tools like Jira, Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, and Percy. - Responsible for creating and executing automated and manual test strategies, leveraging expertise in web application testing procedures, techniques, and tools, including test planning and case writing. - Collaborate with the Marketing IT team for the smooth operation of applications and the deployment process across various stages, from development to pre-production to staging to production, validating development artifacts during each promotion. - Conduct various types of testing, including system, integration, regression, end-to-end, cross-browser, and cross-device testing, along with proper documentation. - Communicate results and coordinate logistics with Systems Analysts, Developers, and other key IT staff and leadership as necessary. - Certify applications for release to the next testing stage or the production environment, and provide regular status reports for testing. - Assist in facilitating and coordinating user acceptance testing, working closely with business analysts and stakeholders to conduct exploratory testing. - Knowledge of performance, accessibility (ADA), and security vulnerability testing is considered a plus. **What You'll Need** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in a related area, demonstrating both technical and professional capabilities. - 3+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Automation Engineer (Java, Selenium, Cypress, BDD framework), ideally with experience in testing a CMS platform (AEM, Sitecore, Drupal). - At least 3-5 years of technical project experience, involving testing throughout the full system development life cycle. - Ability to work independently and as a team player, exercising discretion in decision-making and demonstrating sound judgment in problem-solving. - Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and oral. Must possess the ability and eagerness to quickly learn new skills and technologies. - Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud suite is highly preferred. **Work Shift**: 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST. As a Senior Mobile Tester at EY, you will be responsible for testing applications developed for mobile devices against requirements, ensuring quality and meeting project testing needs. You will collaborate closely with the Test Manager/Lead for the projects under test. Your responsibilities will include testing mobile applications on various mobile devices and platforms for functional, usability, performance, and security aspects. You will need to understand both business and technical requirements for specific mobile devices and operating platforms. To qualify for this role, you should have a BE/BTech/MCA degree with 6-10 years of hands-on experience in testing various types of mobile applications on handheld devices. Excellent communication skills, the ability to lead a team, experience in testing mobile applications for iOS and Android devices, knowledge of mobile technologies, and exposure to test and defect management tools are essential. Understanding of SDLC, Agile testing methodologies, project life cycles, and testing life cycles is required. Nice to have skills include experience in RFP and pre-sales activities, exposure to non-UI testing, backend testing, usability and accessibility testing, and non-functional testing like performance and security testing.
