What You'll Do At Pega Develop and maintain high-level, interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders Utilize advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create sophisticated data models and perform in-depth data analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, finance, sales, consulting and customer service, to align analytics initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational growth Mentor and guide junior analysts and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in data analytics practices, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of industry trends Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data refresh, connectivity, and overall system performance, ensuring seamless operation of analytics solutions Lead the strategic design and implementation of advanced People analytics solutions using Power BI to drive business insights and decision-makingWho You Are You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data analytics and a passion for leveraging Power BI, SQL & Python Scripting to drive business insights and decision-making You have a proven track record of leading complex analytics projects and delivering high-impact solutions that align with organizational goals You excel in stakeholder management, effectively communicating and collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive organizational growth You possess strong technical skills in building complex Data models, data structures, data extraction, transformation, and integration, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy and reliability You are proficient in advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and have experience creating sophisticated data models and performing in-depth data analysis You have a holistic approach to problem-solving, thinking end-to-end to design and implement comprehensive analytics solutions that address business needs You are an excellent communicator, able to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders You thrive in a collaborative environment, working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives and drive organizational growth You have a good understanding of human resources data and can leverage this knowledge to provide valuable insights and support strategic HR initiatives What You've Accomplished 10 plus years of development experience in Power BI & SQL A deep understanding of Power BI's technical aspects, including data modeling, data transformations, DAX language, visualization, and architecture Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior leadership and key stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights Knowledge of HR data to provide valuable insights and support strategic HR initiatives Always seeking opportunities to improve processes and stay ahead of industry trends in data analytics
