Principal People Analytics Partner

As a member of the Global Enterprise Data & Analytics Management team at Pega, your role will involve transforming data into actionable insights using analytics. You will collaborate with a diverse team of Database Engineers, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders from various verticals to help shape Pega's evolving Data and Analytics strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain high-level, interactive dashboards and reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders - Utilize advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create sophisticated data models and conduct in-depth data analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational growth - Mentor and guide junior analysts, promoting continuous learning and professional development - Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in data analytics practices - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data refresh and connectivity - Lead the design and implementation of advanced People analytics solutions using Power BI **Qualifications Required:** - Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data analytics and experience with Power BI, SQL & Python Scripting - Proven track record of leading complex analytics projects aligned with organizational goals - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Strong technical skills in building complex data models, data structures, and data extraction - Proficient in advanced DAX and creating sophisticated data models - Holistic problem-solving approach and ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations - Collaborative mindset and effective teamwork skills - Understanding of human resources data for providing valuable insights and supporting HR initiatives,
