Meet Our Team Helping clients improve their customer and employee experiences, while reducing their operating costs, is core to Pegas strategy Knowing where and how to make improvements is critical for success Process and Taskminings AI powered service identifies and prioritizes improvement opportunities for our clients and drives radiation of Pega products We design, develop, deploy, support, and operate the Process and Taskmining SaaS offering This product analyses processes and employee desktop activity to surface actionable process optimizations We use robots to collect and transmit the desktop activity to our cloud, Picture Yourself At Pega At Pegasystems, Delve into the world of Analytics using our Process & Task mining application Work with the latest cloud technologies like Node JS Angular JS, React JS, Java Script, Core Java, AWS, Spark Learn automation technics and develop skills to write automated tests using BDD, Playwright with TypeScript, Cypress, Performance with JMeter, Jest, API automation with SuperTest, What You'll Do At Pega 70% of your time will be consumed by performing the following activities Design and develop high quality software test cases and test plans which are fit for the purpose described by the technical requirements Create and execute manual test cases and report results Manage bug triage, escalation, and verification Provide feedback on products based on ease of use and user interaction Research and keep up to date on industry standard testing methodologies and technologies Strong understanding of QA methods and best practices, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) knowledge, Knowledge of Automation Framework and continuous improvement Should have experience in Defect Management, 30% of your time will be consumed by performing below activities Manual testing and other responsibilities and key result areas as required or assigned Who You Are 2-4 years professional experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Experienced in backend API test automation Experienced in integration test development Experienced in Web app UI automation Proficient in Quality Assurance Methodologies, Python/Selenium/Cucumber framework, API testing, Java OOPS concepts, GIT/SVN Knowledge about CICD and Jenkins for automation pipeline creation and exectution Demonstrated experience in test framework design and development using Playwright or Cypress with TypeScript What You've Accomplished Experience with writing test cases and executing test cases Experience creating and verifying bugs Experience with regression testing Experience testing UI Experience ensuring features meet user story requirements Experience with test automation Pega Offers You Gartner Analyst acclaimed technology leadership across our categories of products Continuous learning and development opportunities An innovative, inclusive, agile, flexible, and fun work environment Competitive global benefits program inclusive ofpay + bonus incentive, employee equity in the company Job ID: 21973
