Job Description

Required Skills:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong hands-on experience in Cypress OR Playwright test automation.
Overall 4-10 years of experience in IT and minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Cypress OR Playwright is must.
Proficiency in one of the following languages Java / Javascript / Typescript / Python.
Experience with REST API automation using Cypress or other tools is good to have.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop automated test scripts using Cypress OR Playwright.
Implement test cases for UI, API, and regression testing.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to identify test scenarios and ensure full coverage.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain existing automation frameworks.
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in test automation.
Prepare detailed test reports and track defects to closure.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have total work experience of 4+ Years
Candidate should have minimum 2 years of Cypress/Playwright Experience
