Oversee earning & competencies deveopment by panning, coordinating and executing the promotiona communication strategy incuding organization of events, from initia concept to fina execution for the bid and project management goba community.Responsibe for ensuring a smooth and successfu promotiona strategy of a goba earning and deveopment activities for the bid and project management community gobay end to end from the design to impementation. Deiver efficient promotiona campaigns via mutipe channes and using innovative formats to reach goba users incuding customized campaigns or events that are region or topic specific according to oca earning chaenges for the community. Support regions with the coordination of key messages, agenda buiding and return of experience for successfu earning events and post-event foow-up to create earning soutions in ine with goba academy strategy.ORGANISATION

Marketing Conceptuaization and Panning:
Deveop marketing strategy to promote earning or specific concepts to the astom goba bid and project management community throughout the yearCreate promotiona concepts, themes, and objectives in coaboration with invoved stakehoders (organize focus groups, brainstorming etc. as needed) and requirementIn case of in-person events, drafting detaied event pans as we as preparation timeine and miestones as we as stakehoder foow-upDeveop academy branding, event ayouts and draft agendas, incuding creating pamphets or event guideswith same themeDraft yeary or specia campaign budget proposasIf additiona support is needed, research and identifying suitabe venues, dates, and times with invoved stakehoders
Logistics and Coordination:

Marketing Campaign Content Design:

Marketing and Promotion:

On-Site Management (when appicabe):

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educationa
Mandatory:
Bacheor's degree in a reated fied (e.g., Communication, HR, Education, Event Management) or equivaent experience

Business Masters degree
