Oversee learning & competencies development by planning, coordinating and executing the promotional communication strategy including organization of events, from initial concept to final execution for the bid and project management global community.Responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful promotional strategy of all global learning and development activities for the bid and project management community globally end to end from the design to implementation. Deliver efficient promotional campaigns via multiple channels and using innovative formats to reach global users including customized campaigns or events that are region or topic specific according to local learning challenges for the community. Support regions with the coordination of key messages, agenda building and return of experience for successful learning events and post-event follow-up to create learning solutions in line with global academy strategy. Marketing Conceptualization and Planning:
Develop marketing strategy to promote learning or specific concepts to the alstom global bid and project management community throughout the yearCreate promotional concepts, themes, and objectives in collaboration with involved stakeholders (organize focus groups, brainstorming etc. as needed) and requirementIn case of in-person events, drafting detailed event plans as well as preparation timeline and milestones as well as stakeholder follow-upDevelop academy branding, event layouts and draft agendas, including creating pamphlets or event guideswith same themeDraft yearly or special campaign budget proposalsIf additional support is needed, research and identifying suitable venues, dates, and times with involved stakeholders
Logistics and Coordination:
Organize regular Steerco. or governance routines with stakeholders leading up to the marketing campaignCoordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all aspects in case of an online or in person eventIdentify if in-person event any transportation, accommodation, and other logistical needs and support regions for executionManaging event budgets and ensuring expenses stay within allocated limits. Coordinate PO requests if any vendor is neededGather return of experience after events for continuous improvement
Marketing Campaign Content Design:
Brief stakeholders as required on needs and expectationsSet-up frequent exchanges with key speakers or leaders of activities to ensure coherence with event plan and agendaEnsure promotional campaign plan and execution process is clear for allPropose draft of scripts when required to meet program objectivesConsolidate presentations, enhance when possibleCreate document and promotion common storage area for efficient collaborationCreate collateral designs, testimonial video recordings as needed that are designed and created in-housePost-event learning path creation with key highlights of the event if relevant, internal newsarticle etc.
Marketing and Promotion:
Support with global communication strategy to promote academy whether for learning or certification activitiesIdentify fun, network exchange moments or innovative communication types for participants in any type of eventPropose pre-campaign reminders, recordings or follow-up engaging material
On-Site Management (when applicable):
Oversee event setup and execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly by coordinating with local staff/vendors etc.Addressing any issues or problems that arise during the event-problem solvingBrief key guest speakers and ensure they can connect easily if not on-site
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational
Mandatory:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communication, HR, Education, Event Management) or equivalent experience
Desirable:
Business Masters degree
Experience
Mandatory:
Corporate communication or marketing in an international, multi-region and multi-site corporation
Desirable:
Knowledge of Bid/Project/Program Management
