About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality training sessions for educators, focusing on classroom delivery and student engagement.
• Audit live and recorded classes to assess teaching effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable feedback and coaching to teachers based on classroom observations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and implement targeted development initiatives.
• Create a positive and professional learning environment that fosters growth and engagement.
• Utilize a range of training tools, methodologies, and adult learning principles to achieve effective learning outcomes.
• Track and measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Conduct periodic review meetings with teachers to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support teachers by connecting them with relevant stakeholders for issues outside the training scope.
• Manage training documentation, session reports, and improvement plans.
• Champion Vedantu’s values in every interaction and training delivery.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or Adult Education.
• Trainer certifications are a plus.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in delivering formal training and/or workshops - preferably in an academic or educational setup.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written.
• Passion for training and a proven track record in creating measurable impact.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to hold meaningful conversations.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets & Google Slides is mandatory.
• Exposure to the Edtech Domain at some level and understands classroom decorum.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, and training teachers is an advantage.
• Certified trainer credentials (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
