Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Trainer to design and deliver engaging academic workshops across various subjects and skill areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in educational methodology, a passion for facilitating learner growth, and the ability to create interactive learning environments that promote participation and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver academic workshops across multiple subjects and skill areas.
• Develop training content, presentations, handouts, and other learning resources tailored to diverse learning levels.
• Facilitate interactive and learner-centered sessions that encourage engagement and inquiry.
• Assess the effectiveness of training sessions and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with academic teams to ensure training content aligns with institutional curriculum goals.
• Stay informed about current educational trends and integrate best practices into training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and monitor participant progress and feedback.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching, training, or conducting academic workshops.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proven ability to engage with diverse groups of learners effectively.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery is an added advantage.
