The ideal candidate should possess a foundational understanding of computer systems, be capable of managing routine IT support tasks, and demonstrate a willingness to grow in a technical role. Key Responsibilities: Maintain IT-related documentation, reports, and checklists. Provide on-site technical assistance during meetings and internal events requiring system setup. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support or coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Effective communication and time management abilities.
