Job Summary:

Maria Publishers Private Limited is seeking a well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused individual for the role of Receptionist & Telecaller. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact at our Subramaniapuram office, handling front desk operations and telecalling activities with professionalism and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
• Handle front desk tasks, including answering and routing phone calls.
• Make outbound calls to clients and leads as per telecalling requirements.
• Share accurate information about company services and products.
• Maintain visitor logs and manage appointment scheduling.
• Assist in general administrative tasks such as data entry and document handling.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office communication.
• Ensure that the reception area remains neat, organized, and presentable.

Key Requirements:

• Well-groomed and professionally presentable.
• Fluency in both English and Tamil (verbal and written) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an added advantage and given preference.
• Prior experience or familiarity with telecalling is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling).
• Positive attitude with good organizational and time management skills.

Qualification:

• Minimum: Graduate or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
