Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling DutiesReach out to prospective students by making introductory calls, answering inquiries, and providing detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and college facilities
Address questions and concerns, creating a positive and encouraging environment for potential students
Schedule and follow up on appointments and interviews with prospective students and their families
Track and document all telephonic interactions with prospective students, updating the database to ensure accurate and timely records
Assist the admissions team in collecting and organizing application information from prospective students
Reception DutiesGreet and welcome visitors, students, and staff members in a professional and friendly manner
Guide students and visitors through the college campus, explaining the location of classrooms, administrative offices, and other facilities
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding college programs, schedules, and upcoming events
Manage the daily scheduling and coordination of meetings, ensuring schedules are organized and accessible for students, faculty, and staff
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
