The role of Receptionist & Telecaller at Top Notch Capital requires someone to be based on-site in Surat. As a Receptionist & Telecaller, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including answering phone calls, handling front desk tasks, welcoming clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will also involve scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with clerical duties as required. To excel in this position, you should possess strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Previous experience in receptionist duties and customer service will be beneficial. Additionally, you must demonstrate proficiency in clerical tasks, record management, and have the ability to work effectively in a team. Familiarity with basic office software such as MS Word & Excel is essential for this role. While prior experience in a similar position is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required for this role, with additional qualifications considered a bonus.
