Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist & Telecaller located in Surat. The Receptionist & Telecaller will handle day-to-day tasks such as answering phone calls, managing front desk operations, greeting clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and performing clerical duties as needed.
