Job Summary
The Security Guard will ensure the safety and security of Karuna Media Foundation's premises, employees, visitors, and assets. This role requires vigilance, professionalism, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to potential security threats or emergencies.Key ResponsibilitiesAccess Control:Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.Maintain a visitor log and issue identification badges when necessary.Surveillance:Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for suspicious activity.Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure a secure environment.Incident Response:Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances.Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.Policy Enforcement:Ensure compliance with Karuna Media Foundations safety and security policies.Report any violations or incidents to the management team.Record Keeping:Document incidents, security breaches, or unusual occurrences in detailed reports.Preventive Measures:Identify and address potential safety hazards.Provide recommendations to improve security protocols.
