Chief Accountant

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to lead and manage our accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling financial processes, team supervision, and preparing accurate financial reports. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions. Supervise and guide the accounts team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining accounting standards. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Conduct periodic reviews and reconciliations of accounts and ledgers. Coordinate internal audits and implement recommendations for process improvements. Maintain proper documentation and ensure that accounting procedures are up to date. Provide financial insights and reports to management for informed decision-making. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CA-Inter preferred). 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP) and MS Excel. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
