Job Description

General Ledger Maintenance: Prepare journal entries, maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, and ensure data accuracy.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions; monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
Month-End Close: Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure financial statements are accurate and delivered on time.
Bank Reconciliations: Perform weekly/monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure all cash transactions are recorded properly.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and variance analysis.
Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation of local, state, and federal tax returns and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
Audit Support: Prepare schedules and documents for internal and external audits.
Process Improvement: Identify discrepancies and recommend solutions to improve accounting procedures and internal controls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
