We are looking for passionate Tele-callers to guide aspiring learners and help them take the next step in their career journey.

Role Overview

As an Academic Tele caller at WorkBuds, you will connect with potential students, answer queries, and provide guidance on our programs. You will play a key role in shaping student experience and ensuring successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct outbound calls to prospective students from campaigns, website inquiries, and

referrals

 Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about courses, curriculum, faculty, and careers

 Counsel students and parents on suitable programs based on goals and interests

 Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline with timely follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, or

email

 Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets

 Maintain records in CRM, track progress, and report to the admissions manager

 Collaborate with marketing & sales teams to improve lead quality and campaigns

 Ensure excellent student experience by resolving doubts and addressing concerns promptly

A Day in the Life at WorkBuds

 Morning: Review fresh leads and prepare your call list

 Midday: Speak to learners, counsel them, and follow up with parents

 Afternoon: Update CRM, share progress, and strategize with marketing

 Evening: Handle final enrollment calls and assist with registration/payment

What We’re Looking For

 Strong communication & persuasion skills (English, Hindi/Bengali preferred)

 1–3 years of tele-counseling, EdTech, or inside sales experience preferred

 Passion for education and student guidance

 Target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability
