Academic & Placement Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Academic & Placement Coordinator to manage the complete academic journey of Data Analytics students. This role ensures smooth execution of classes, assessments, performance tracking, and career support, guiding students from enrollment to successful job placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Academic Management
• Schedule and manage batches, classes, and academic calendars.
• Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and industry experts to ensure high-quality learning delivery.
• Organise mock tests, assignments, and evaluations to assess student progress.
• Student Performance Monitoring
• Track student performance and provide regular progress reports.
• Identify underperforming students and arrange remedial sessions or mentoring support.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions to address academic challenges and motivate students.
• Career & Placement Support
• Prepare students for interviews through mock interviews, aptitude tests, and soft-skill workshops.
• Collaborate with the placement team to connect students with job opportunities.
• Provide continuous guidance and career counseling to ensure high placement success.
• Operations & Student Engagement
• Maintain student records, attendance, and performance dashboards.
• Act as a primary point of contact for student queries and escalations.
• Plan events, workshops, and networking sessions to enhance student learning and employability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education, Management, Data/Tech, or related field preferred).
• Prior experience in academic coordination, student mentorship, or placement support (EdTech or training institutes preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage students and trainers.
• Understanding of the Data Analytics domain (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
