We are seeking a committed and well-informed Academic Mentor to join our UPSC team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate must have successfully cleared the UPSC Prelims (in any year) and possess strong subject knowledge, along with a thorough understanding of the UPSC exam pattern, trends, and preparation techniques. This role requires a proactive and student-focused mentor who can guide aspirants effectively, track their academic progress, and support them in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic mentorship and subject-specific guidance to UPSC aspirants.
• Conduct one-on-one and group mentoring sessions, covering exam strategy, time management, and doubt clarification.
• Design and prepare high-quality question papers, mock tests, and evaluation materials.
• Manage batch coordination and ensure seamless academic delivery.
• Oversee the smooth execution of internal tests, mock exams, and test series.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and actionable improvement plans.
• Collaborate with content teams and faculty to enhance course quality and relevance.
• Motivate and support aspirants through consistent engagement and timely interventions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Mandatory:

  Must have cleared the UPSC Prelims in any year.
• Strong grasp of the UPSC syllabus, exam structure, and effective preparation strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage batches and foster a positive classroom environment.
• A genuine passion for mentoring and guiding civil service aspirants.
