Job Title: Academic Mentor – UPSC Division
Location: Calicut, Kerala

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Academic Mentor to join our UPSC Division in Calicut. The ideal candidate must have successfully cleared the UPSC Preliminary Examination (in any year) and possess an in-depth understanding of the exam pattern, syllabus, and effective preparation techniques. In this role, you will mentor aspirants, conduct strategic learning sessions, and monitor their progress to help them achieve their UPSC goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized mentorship and academic guidance to UPSC aspirants.
• Conduct strategy-building sessions, group discussions, and individual mentoring sessions.
• Regularly track, evaluate, and report on student progress.
• Work closely with faculty and content teams to strengthen learning outcomes.
• Address subject-specific doubts and ensure conceptual clarity.
• Motivate and inspire students throughout their preparation journey.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must have cleared the UPSC Preliminary Examination (any year).
• Strong knowledge of the UPSC syllabus, examination trends, and preparation strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about mentoring with a student-focused approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
