🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor UPSC aspirants through individual and group sessions.
• Guide students on subject knowledge, preparation strategy, and time management.
• Design mock tests, practice papers, and evaluation tools.
• Coordinate and manage academic schedules and student batches.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in conducting internal assessments, mock exams, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Collaborate with academic and content teams to improve learning delivery.
• Motivate students and support them throughout their preparation journey.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Mandatory:

  Must have cleared UPSC Prelims (any year)
• Strong understanding of UPSC syllabus, exam structure, and preparation methodology
• Good communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills
• Willingness to stay full-time in the

  hostel provided by the institution

• Passionate about mentoring and supporting UPSC aspirants in a focused learning environment
