Role Overview

Academic Excellence Lead

Key Responsibilities

Student Experience & Success

• Lead and mentor the Student Happiness team to ensure consistent learner satisfaction and support.
• Build systems to track and improve student performance, feedback, and NPS scores.
• Act as a point of escalation for student concerns and ensure timely, effective resolutions.

Academic Quality & Growth

• Collaborate with Project Leads and Category Managers to maintain and improve course quality.
• Monitor learning outcomes, session audits, and mentor effectiveness.
• Design frameworks for academic excellence that align with HACA’s REAL Framework (Relevant, Experiential, Applied, Led-by-practitioners).

Product Innovation & Sustainability

• Identify gaps in curriculum and propose new programs, tools, or learning methodologies.
• Work with R&D to implement experiential and technology-driven learning enhancements (AI, AR, VR).
• Ensure scalable processes that balance student experience with product growth.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Align cross-functional teams (Academics, Operations, Placement, Product) to achieve academic and business goals.
• Build a culture of empathy, transparency, and accountability within the Academic Excellence function.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in academic operations, program management, or education leadership (edtech experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence across departments.
• Passion for student success and practical, outcome-driven learning.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
