Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Counsel students and parents to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable programs.
Convert leads through calls, follow-ups, and counselling sessions to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate CRM updates and track student interactions regularly.
Build strong rapport with prospective learners and ensure a smooth admission experience.
Coordinate with sales and academic teams for seamless onboarding and post-enrollment support.

Preferred candidate profile

Counsel students and parents about courses and learning programs
Handle inbound & outbound calls to convert leads into enrollments
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
Maintain follow-up with prospective students to close admissions
Update and manage CRM entries accurately (LeadSquared/Zoho)
Achieve weekly & monthly enrollment targets
Participate in counselling sessions, webinars, and student interactions
Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for smooth onboarding
