About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and student-friendly professional who can manage day-to-day operations at our test-prep centre, guide students and parents, and support academic coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with students, can provide basic career/test guidance, and ensures the smooth functioning of classes and academic activities. Key Responsibilities: Counselling & Student Support: Interact with students and parents to provide basic guidance on suitable courses and services. Conduct initial counselling sessions and follow up on leads through calls/messages. Maintain student progress records and ensure timely communication regarding performance and assigned tasks. Address student concerns and coordinate with faculty to provide support as needed. Center & Academic Operations Management: Manage daily center operations, including class schedules, classroom readiness, attendance tracking, and student portal updates. Coordinate with teachers, faculty, and external trainers to ensure smooth lesson delivery. Handle student registrations, fee documentation, receipt issuance, and basic admin paperwork. Communication & Coordination: Communicate class schedules, exam dates, assignments, and important notices through WhatsApp/Email,/Calls. Support planning and execution of workshops, mock tests, parent interactions, and counselling events. Maintain strong rapport with students, parents, and stakeholders. Well-organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Required Skills & Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience Required: 1–4 years in Counselling / Education / Coaching Centre Operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi and Bengali). Basic knowledge of entrance exams/study patterns is an advantage. Confidence in using Google Sheets, Calendar, and WhatsApp/CRM platforms.
