Academic Counsellor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Academic Counsellor/Sales Executive/Business Development Associate to join our esteemed educational institution.

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills

• Guide and counsel students across all categories.

• Convert walk-in inquiries into admissions.

• Handle walk-in inquiries and provide accurate information about courses, admissions, and services.

• Track and maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollments in the CRM system.

• Handle data entry, MIS, and reporting.

• Help students select appropriate courses, programs, and career paths.

• Support academic leadership team members with matters such as batch changes, queries, & academic concerns.

• Maintain detailed records of student progress, academic plans, and counseling sessions.

• Analyze student data to identify trends, challenges, and areas of improvement.

• Assist in developing and implementing new student support initiatives and counseling programs.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in academic counseling or a related field (JEE/NEET/PNCF preferred).

• Passionate about guiding young minds.

• Familiarity with career counseling tools and techniques.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and virtual communication platforms.

• Self-motivated with a result driven approach.

• Passionate about exploring new opportunities for school students.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience handling student-related issues.

• Excellent report writing skills and ability to write clear and concise formal reports and documents.
