Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will assist students in identifying suitable educational and career opportunities, guide them in course and college selection, and provide personalized counseling services. The role includes facilitating career counseling sessions, sharing detailed information about courses, admission criteria, and scholarships, conducting workshops, and supporting students in achieving their academic and career goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
• Excellent Communication abilities to effectively engage with students, parents, and educational institutions
• Experience in guiding students in education and career-related decision-making
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and providing customized counseling solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in educational consulting or academic counseling is an advantage
