Job Description

ISDC International Skill Development Corporation is a Limited Company Registered under the Companies Act of England and Wales, 2006 and having operations across the globe. It imparts a set of Skill Development Activities through its structured plan and aims at Developing Skills for Tomorrow. The operation includes the various Skill Development Projects, Professional and Vocational Education Activities, Professional and Corporate Training, Consulting, Research & Development and other Learning Solutions.

Position: Academic Counselor

Location: Bangalore

Salary: 5 LPA (CTC)

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel working professionals on the benefits and structure of the Executive MBA program.
Handle inbound inquiries and proactively follow up with leads from various sources.
Understand candidate career goals and recommend suitable program pathways.
Conduct online and offline counseling sessions, webinars, and info sessions.
Work closely with marketing and admission teams to achieve enrollment targets.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and conversions using CRM tools.
Represent ISDC at corporate events, education fairs, and partner institutions as needed.
