Role Overview

Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales:

  Connect with potential customers across India through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to convert leads into enrollments.

• Consultative Selling:

  Understand academic goals of students and parents; provide personalized product recommendations.

• Revenue Growth:

  Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective outreach and pipeline management.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build trust-based relationships with students and parents to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals.

• Negotiation & Closing:

  Handle objections, negotiate offers, and close deals effectively.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales aptitude with a

  target-driven approach

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (tailored for Indian customers)
• Prior experience in

  telesales/inside sales

  is preferred
• Familiarity with

  CRM tools & sales tracking systems

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  

Qualifications

• Minimum

  1 year of sales experience

  (EdTech, education, or subscription-based services preferred)
• Experience in selling to

  K-12 or Test-Prep customers

  is an added advantage

• Bachelors degree

  in any field

Work Conditions

• Shift Timing:

  11:00 AM 9:00 PM (IST)

• Work Days:

  6-day work week (

  Monday fixed off

  )

• Requirements:
