Provide academic and career counseling services to students
Assist students in setting academic and career goals and creating plans to achieve them
Provide guidance to students in IT course selection and academic planning
Help students navigate academic policies and procedures
Monitor and track student progress towards academic and career goals
Collaborate with faculty and support staff to ensure that students are receiving the necessary support
Develop and maintain counseling resources and materials for students
Strong understanding of academic policies and procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
