About the Role

Help students and parents discover the right international university programs offered at our physical campuses in India. You will engage with them through calls and meetings, guide them through the enrollment journey, and help shape their academic future.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the lead pipeline for multi-disciplinary international university programs in India.
  • Provide in-depth, personalized counseling to students and parents via calls, video sessions, and emails.
  • Drive enrollment conversions through consistent follow-ups and effective engagement from the provided database.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records of all student interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work towards achieving student acquisition and revenue growth targets in a high-performance environment.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Minimum

    2+ years

    of experience in

    academic counseling or inside sales

    , preferably in

    education, higher ed, or university admissions

    .
  • Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding student acquisition/conversion targets.
  • Proficiency in

    Excel

    and

    Salesforce CRM

    with strong analytical ability.
